I am on a fixed income. due to the fact that the rates increased from $80.00 a month to $238.00 a month, they prices me out.i still needed the unit, but had to move because of the outrageous rate increases.

This location has terrible security. The owner hasn’t invested in secure fencing or security cams along the back fence. Thieves simply cut through the chain link fence and back up a truck. They wander the site and target units next to unrented/unlocked units where they can look over the walls to hit the most valuable units. This location has been hit multiple times over the last few months but they don’t let the renters know of the risk. My unit was hit a couple of weeks ago and I asked for a Sr manager to call.
