Miss Jackie continues to provide an excellent customer service every time I need help with my account or other issues. I also arrived at the storage facility here at 1060 King George Blvd and met Miss Yolanda and she was also a great help for me to get into my storage unit. She has a good eye for awesome staff. I had a unit with Extra Space for over a year - Jackie, the assistant manager, is phenomenal! She helped me switch units in the beginning; she’s an effective communicator, is highly efficient in supporting several customers at once, and makes everyone feel heard and taken care of.
