I was treated like royalty even though I was purchasing the smallest unit they have. Bryan was so helpful and even placed me close to the elevator to help me because I am an older woman with hip issues. He walked me directly to my unit and showed me how to open it and put the lock on. He also advised me of the bracket on the inside of the door that could damage my property if stacked too closely to the door. He was really friendly and very professional at the same time. This is our second time using the storage at the Rattlesnake-Hammock Road location in Naples, Florida. Bryan has made our stay wonderful both times. He was so helpful, informative and helped us find the best deal. We appreciate good customer service during the chaos of moving. I highly recommend this location.
This facility is easily accessible, both from the road & getting up & into my unit. The staff is very courteous, helpful & knowledgeable.
