Valencia is great. Nice and a good communicator! Smart enough to figure out the lady getting a storage with the same last name as me had to be my mom, and there was no way we tried to reserve 5 storages. 😹

Did a clean out of a storage unit. They didn’t add anything that wasn’t in the contact like I’ve I experienced other places. Gave a gate code which makes the job easier. Was kind and fast.
