RecommendedThe lady who runs the Fern Creek location has been helpful and courteous. I had one issue with my rate adjusting, which I hadn’t been aware of, but she was cooperative in adjusting the price for me to a more reasonable amount. So far, I haven’t had any problems with use of or access to the facility itself.
