RecommendedThe last time I had to move I literally cried in a store while fighting a U-Haul representative on the phone. Employees are fantastic, pleasant and helpful. The company not so much. I rented the first three months of a space for a reasonable amount of time. When I went pay an additional 3 months my rent will be raised by 80%. I feel I was drawn in at one price with the expectation on the companies side that my rate can be jumped up and I’ll just pay to keep from moving .

we had our storage unit broken into several thousands of dollars stolen out of our storage units they call us several days afterwards and they only reimbursed us $1,500 and then have the audacity to jack up the rent on our storage unit and the storage unit was full of bugs mud daubers if you're smart don't leave your stuff in this space
