Storage facility is beautiful. But you get moved in then 2 months later they doubled my storage price. I got a letter stating storage prices change basically supply and demand... if you look on the website there online prices are cheap but it's NOT marketed as a move in special then saying new price it only gives the one price. I moved out of that unit and returned to the facility I had previously rented with. The previous facility I never had fluctuating rent in the 2 years I had been there so we returned to the old facil... read more
We used this location for over a year, they’re a great facility, with great staff. Anytime I had an issue, they were quick to fix it! Monica was especially helpful! Will use them again for sure!
We called several storage unit companies and went with Extra Space because they were the most courteous and had the best pricing for the sizes we require. After getting off the phone from the first contact, we were followed up with an email, a text message and phone a call. All just to make sure that we knew how to proceed with moving in. Once we made it to the unit itself, we were greeted warmly by Monica who made sure we knew what to do and if we needed any additional help.
