Laura was the most amazing employee! She was more than helpful in the rental process. She communicated effectively and even helped me with my newborn. Would recommend anyone to use extra space storage if only because of her.

Great customer service! Laura was absolutely wonderful! She really made everything so ease. She took the time to answer all my questions and show me around. She explained how everything works, the hours, payments, etc. There were no hidden fees and explained the auto-pay arrangement. Again, it was all about customer service!
