The people at Extra Space storage are professional and friendly. The space is new, clean, well lighted, with carts to help move stuff, and clean, large elevators. We feel we are getting our money's worth!
Great experience - I was in a time crunch to get furniture out of my home prior to settlement - Extra Space Storage (Karen) made the process so easy. Very friendly and professional, I was grateful for her assistance!

Karen and Keith were extremely kind and accommodating to my specific needs. I had to handle the move-in from a distance and over the phone, but everything from the move-in to the lease signing to even handling an issue I had with my lock were handled very kindly over the phone and email. Both Keith and Karen contacted me quickly and answered all the questions my family and I had. I feel very secure with this location and storage facility because of my service.
