Altho I've been there for 4years and my fees keep going up , I like the place. They are friendly and seem to care. I can't say much about the owners, I don't know them. But for someone who's never been late on a payment they should tape that into consideration.
The property and storage itself was fine, but I began renting a small unit in June of 2022 for $73. Got a letter in the mail this month saying it goes up to $103. Canceled immediately. 100% a bait and switch. I am looking on their website now, and that same size storage unit is being marketed for $44. Clearly there are way too many games with pricing so I would highly advise to stay away and find another local storage if you plan to be there longer than a month or two.
