I am impressed with Extra Space Storage’s rental process. It was seamless and convenient. The process only took about 20 minutes and the unit I rented was immediately clean. I recently rented a storage unit in another city. It took two days to finalize and the renters were offsite and inattentive. The unit wasn’t really clean when I was finally able to use it. I will stay with Extra Space Storage for a long time.
