I was given a movie in special for the month of November and my monthly rent for December and ******* was less than what I was paying at Public storage. I knew there would be some kind of increase over an extended period of time but my rent increased instantly by $80 this coming February. Now I and back to paying this high rent within 3 months.

Easiest rental Ive ever done, friendliest people to work with. Couldnt be happier with the unit, very clean. Extra space is great, so happy that we could get a climate controlled unit here.
I had very good customer service by the store manager, Demetria. Managers like her make places better for the community.
I have stored my RV at Extra Space Storage for 5 months at $164 per month. They just charged my card $213 for the next month with absolutely no notification. Our contract REQUIRES them to give me a 30 day notice before any rate increases. I received no email, no text, no call, and nothing to my mailbox. They just charged my card an extra $49. Did they hope I would not notice? If my $49 is refunded, I will update this complaint.
I have a complaint against Extra Space Storage **** that took over my Life Storage account in in ***********, *****. First of all, I am stationed overseas in ******* and was never late on my payments. I had my storage unit for the last four years without any issues. I received regular emails about price increases and anything else that pertained to my storage. I received an auction notification after only missing a month. I was never told ************** went up. They have called me at 6am for a bill collection.
My location is 4175 Chippewa (life storage location that’s not listed ) I always go in to pay my bill but it’s always closed and the workers complain always of being over worked and under paid ..maybe this is why they never have their doors open ..wow..and I’m NOT paying online for a extra fee and I should b compensated for my time and gas for driving around to different location JUST TO PAY MY BILL…this isn’t professional and I’m tired of the poor service ..I didn’t sign up for this
