The space for outside storage is too narrow. And was full of broken glass. After complaining the glass was mostly picked up. But then the rates doubled. I canceled and moved out.

Giving 2 stars because my camper was not broken into. Not sure how they can call this "Extra" Space Storage when they put a camper so close to mine that I could barely open my camper door to enter. But that is not the real issue. The real issue is: Rate Hikes. They should call this place Extra Cost Storage. When I signed up, I realized that they could raise the monthly payment whenever they wished. But what I did not realize is that they really meant it. The price for units is too high and the company set up automatic refilling without asking whether we wanted that or not. That is not a good way to keep customers coming back. We only found out when we went to make a payment.
