RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Tiffany at the Georgia Avenue facility and the customer service was GREAT! Tiffany walked me through the move in process from start to finish. She contacted me via phone to answer any questions that I may have had before moving in to make sure my move was a smooth one. The facility was super clean and there is equipment there to assist you with moving your items into your unit from the car. Overall experience was a 10+. Thanks for the Great customer service.

Wes was amazing ! From the moment he greeted us I knew the process was going to be easy and fast . He was very helpful and gave us different options before we even asked. He was also very knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. I highly recommend if you need to rent storage place to go here .

Thanks to West I felt comfortable signing up with Extra Space. I explained a hiccup with the online price in comparison to bill paid and he made sure to call management to get it resolved. He even followed up with me to ensure what was promised will be fulfilled. I shopped around before choosing a storage facility and the customer service by West is what won me over and of course the pricing.
