I just recently rented a space the Maybank highway location! Keith approached me and,welcomed me with a a sincere grateful attitude was very attentive towards my needs, he was more than just extraordinary he ( Keith )went above and beyond went more than just out of his way and made me feel very welcome there. Very pleasant and helpful customer service
Location, security, customer service, cleanliness all way above average. I wasn’t able to answer one of the question in regards to in office visit or online rental , yes I was aware of the online rental and that was fine for me I had all my questions answered and was satisfied with how the rental experience was
Place was clean, easy access and the staff was very helpful and walked me through the process that helped me decide what size and type unit I needed!
