Location, security, customer service, cleanliness all way above average. I wasn’t able to answer one of the question in regards to in office visit or online rental , yes I was aware of the online rental and that was fine for me I had all my questions answered and was satisfied with how the rental experience was

While the rental process was relatively simple, the locker was not ready for us when we arrived to move in.
