RecommendedI had a great experience with the storage facility in Farmington CT. Whenever we had any questions or needed assistance, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. RecommendedOur office has maintained a storage unit for over 11 years at Extra Space Storage and in all of that time we have experienced good customer service and no issues with the space. Although we no longer need extra storage, we would unquestionably return to this facility in the future should the need arise again.

RecommendedI rented a storage for 3 years and today a finally moved everything out. I had furniture and things my kids left behind and only kept the things that had sentimental values. We didn’t have a truck and could not fit a dresser, desk and a small table that were n good condition. The gentleman in the office let me put the things on the side of the road in Which I’m sure would be picked up. He even let me dump something in the dumpster. He was very helpful and very polite.
