place was very clean as was unit,the units were maintained as well the whole area where their at was good along with price.
The staff is extremely friendly, nice, wind helpful! Had a great customer service experience. The only down fall is that it is expensive and they advertise getting a second month free, however I would’ve had to pay an extra $100 to get a free month. Which really only makes it half off
Customer service was really great at the Allen park office. Took care of my services as soon as I walked in.
If you are in need of self storage, I HIGHLY recommend this organization. Beyond their immaculate and diverse facilities, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you and I will be sure to recommend you to others seeking self-storage.

Extra Storage Space Office Staff were awesome and easy to deal with. They connected me with the right Storage Space at a reasonable price and helped me with locating my unit and getting access. I like that the staff was not high pressure sales people trying push long term and more expensive storage options.
