Love the customer service, cleanliness and flexibility that Extra Space on 8th offers. Super easy to load/unload and always greeted with a smile and a wave. Sometimes it’s the little things that go the furthest.
Cleanliness of site and unit, warehouse was open and well lit. The customer service was excellent and they were patient as we had a lot of questions. This is our first experience using a storage unit.
Such a great experience for a first-timer! We have the added stress of finding storage while our home is under construction and ExtraSpace not only alleviated some of that but the customer service, clean facilities, easy access and rates were just what we needed!
