The staff was friendly and available to answer any questions I had about my rental! The facility was clean and cart’s were always available.

The overall experience is fluent and convenient. However, it is not very welcome for u-pack or similar service customers. Because the moving boxes are not allowed to stay overnight.
Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient with my questions, and professional. The facilities are clean, well-lit, easy to access, and secure. I have rented at other storage places before and Extra Space is always the best maintained. I appreciate that there is a restroom on site also so I can wash my hands if needed. The site managers and customer service employees made renting a space a breeze and answered all of my questions in a way that helped me understand the process in a short notice. They were very accommodating and helpful as I made my move into a big city.
I've used Extra Space Storage on two separate occasions and found their team members to be friendly and helpful, their spaces clean and well-maintained, and prices affordable and competitive. The process for touring, reserving and leasing were very efficient and easy.
