This location is amazing! The process to get a unit was really easy. Jerry was very helpful with adjusting my lease and making sure I got the military discount applied to my account. He's thorough with his job and makes sure all his customers are well informed about what they are agreeing too. Very happy with my decision to go with this company!

After searching around for a climate-controlled storage place near us, we were very pleased to find Extra Space Storage. The facilities are clean an, the staff is very professional and helpful, and the whole process of securing and accessing our unit was quick and simple. The facility provides the tools needed to move larger items into the unit, and the freight elevators have plenty of space for couches and bigger pieces of furniture. We have been very pleased!

What a nice facility! I have been using the Extra Space facility in Newport News for the last 14 months and have been very pleased. But now that I have moved to Portsmouth I decided to shift all my "stuff" to Portsmouth too. Kevin was very helpful. The sign up procedure went very smoothly and quickly. He even notified the NN facility that I would be moving out and when. Another super feature is the opportunity to use their truck for 4 hours for FREE. That will definitely save me money.
