Great customer service. Clean facilities, complimentary large rolling carts, easy access with gate code. The only issue I had was Extra Space not honoring the contract price the entire year. I purchased a year lease paying month to month. Halfway through the contract, my rate jumped about $20 as they reserve the right to do that—they said. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. The service and nice facility are their best qualities. The deduction comes from the price jump mid-contract.
