I have had to use self-storage multiple times but this is by far the best experience I have ever had...not only for the cleanliness and easy access ... but because of the customer service. Michelle walked me through every step and it was altogether a stress-free process.

Facility is very, very clean! Staff was helpful, professional, patient and polite. Helped me the locate the proper entrance to use, guided me to the locker. Taught me how to use the lock- - it was a new one for me! Never once did I feel frustrated. The pricing is fair for the size of the unit. Super happy!
