I called about my bill and the very helpful Kim,was awesome. Her customer service is the best. She advised me in a timely manner of how she was handling my issue. She is the reason I’m staying a customer. 10 stars for Kim.

This place is great for storage! It's clean, safe and well lit. It's super helpful to be able to drive inside to your unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really think things through with your move. Anything I needed prior to moving into the unit, they provided and had everything from boxes to keys in my unit. I have been recommending Extra Storage to others who need a storage facility!
