The people working at Extra Space are wonderful. I was there last week and the customer service was excellent . I talked to two people who were very helpful and provided all the necessary information I needed . The facility is spotless . If you are in the local area and need a rental unit this place will work .

I cannot stress how helpful Pete and Brandon at Extra Space Storage in Lodi NJ are. Whether it is to remind me of a payment or If I am just visiting the actual unit- they are always Attentive, friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help me anyway they can. I have been a client for over 4 years and have no plans of leaving this facility! I live closer to other storage companies as well as ES places- but I stay loyal because of both of them! Extraspace storage in rochelle park is terrible. Do not go there unless you want your rent to go up every month. The management is very unprofessional rude and they will lie to you. Stay away from them!!

Everything is good about this place except that after a few months my rent goes up $110 without warning! I see the charge in my bank statement 50% rent increase after a few months. Totally blindsided by this. Had I known they'd do this I would have done more research to find a storage business that doesn't just suddenly charge you $100 more after a few months.

It's clean and well lit, never see any pest. The downside is my rent has more than doubled and it keeps going up. I'd only use short-term if you can since they will raise the rent every few months. If you call to talk to someone their best suggestion is to move to a smaller unit, so no real help there.

Six months after I moved not my storage unit here they doubled the rent. I was paying $ 88 with out any notice they raised it to 160$. Not cool Lodi extra space storage.And in regards to your response to doubling my rent I talked to both your employers there and neither of them said they were able to help. Doubling someone's rent is more than inflation it's extortion. Cheers
