The facilities are clean & secure. Great access for parking to unload your items & plenty of carts to easily transport your items. I rented my storage unit online which was convenient. I had trouble locating my unit (in the building) & also had a couple of questions. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Not only in answering my questions, but she also walked me to my unit which helped a lot.
