We've rented two spaces at the same location. The first experience was great. The second was a bit more difficult because of a mix up and the Saturday person did not follow through. Sunday it was hard to get a hold of someone to help us get into our unit, but once we were able to get through, Bill the regular manager arrived and was absolutely awesome. He has been very helpful to us both times.
Everything regarding our experience with Extra Space has been superior. I wouldn't hesitate to used the facility again.
