I received awesome service from the time I placed the call. Everyone at Extra Storage was very friendly and helpful. The storage unit was very clean, all I needed to do was move my items in. RecommendedI reserved a storage unit with another company and the Extra Storage rep at the Grant location offered me a lower price for the same size unit. I even had a problem opening the lock and asked for assistance. He came over immediately and showed me how to unlock the unit. Great Job!

RecommendedSteven has been the most help manager on duty. I have been a customer for the past 3 years and he has always worked diligently to help me when I had questions or my needs changed over the last year. I was contemplating changing vendors and he talked me off the ledge and help to make it feasible for me to remain with extra space storage family.
