Good prices. Very attentive staff. The young woman took the time to answer all the questions I have. I had a storage before this one at this same location (Grant Ave) and they were always very accommodating.

I needed to find a place to store some things but had no idea who I was going to use. A girl friend of mine told me she use Extra Storage and to give them a try. I received awesome service from the time I placed the call. Everyone at Extra Storage was very friendly and helpful. The storage unit was very clean, all I needed to do was move my items in. I reserved a storage unit with another company and the Extra Storage rep at the Grant location offered me a lower price for the same size unit. I even had a problem opening the lock and asked for assistance. He came over immediately and showed me how to unlock the unit. Great Job!

Steven has been the most help manager on duty. I have been a customer for the past 3 years and he has always worked diligently to help me when I had questions or my needs changed over the last year. I was contemplating changing vendors and he talked me off the ledge and help to make it feasible for me to remain with extra space storage family.

I would recommend extra storage to my family, relatives and friends. The person who took care of us was Kyle. He said he is only filling for Steve that day. But we found Kyle to be professional yet friendly, knowledgeable. All our questions were answered without hesitation.
