Moving is STRESSFUL! That said however, Greg, the manager at Extra Space Storage in Stapleton made this move to storage a very pleasant experience. He was so kind and professional, so efficient, and very knowledgeable. The customer service was off-the-hook awesome! This storage place is upscale. It is extremely clean and top of the line. I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone. This place and the manager rock!!! Jill

Fantastic followthrough and followup. Great staff. Very clean facility. Extremely professional. Accommodating. The best part, however, is that every time I go someone is practicing the trombone in a unit down the way! Makes me giggle.

I went to Extra Space storage because it was close and convenient. Now I know I should have gone for reasonable rates, clean and well-lit storage facilities which are secured and monitored, and personable, efficient, and helpful staff. Couldn't believe how easy it was!

The manager on duty gave us a great tour of the facility during our initial visit. Easy to reserve the specific unit we needed. Very clean and well lit. Elevators were fast and large. Appreciated the many carts available. Only downside was limited space in the parking lot for loading/unloading. A single U-haul truck parked near the cargo door made it difficult for other customers. We had a small 5'x9' trailer. All of the parking spaces are only car length, so unfortunately our trailer contributed to the traffic difficulties.... read more

This is the first time we have used a storage unit and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are very helpful and efficient. The company systems for registration are online, so it is fast and secure (hopefully). The facilities are spotless, there are enough dolleys to help move your stuff, 2 elevators, good lighting and a rest-room if you need one. Insurance for $2000 (check that) is included in the rent. If I could rate zero stars I would. Unprofessional and trying to raise the rate $50 which I never agreed to. Getting my belongings out of there as soon as possible. Completely ridiculous.

I am a long term customer at this storage facility. My rate has more than doubled since I have been here. Please be aware this facility only works well for short term storage. I was just assessed a late fee of $55 for a payment that was less than 24 hours late, even after I reached out to customer service. If you have any other options available for storage, I highly recommend you look into them.

When signing this lease in October, 2017, I was informed that my rate would be $131/month and that it would not change. They just went up on my rate $20 WITHOUT NOTICE!!!! I called and spoke with Lauren Holly this morning (she said that she was the manager). She said that they should have sent a 30 day notice informing me of the increase. I HAVE RECEIVED NO NOTICE, yet my rent is surprisingly $20 higher, discovered only when trying to pay the bill online. And this is AFTER my unit was broken into and MY things stolen!
