Amazing storage facility! The process of setting up my storage locker was super easy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had a ton of extra boxes and garbage that needed to be thrown out after cleaning out my locker....the man in front broke down all the boxes, loaded everything up for me and took it to the back dumpster himself! With a smile on his face! I would highly recommend this place as your GO TO for all storage needs!
After checking several self storage facilities in Littleton, CO, I decided on the ExtraSpace location on Windermere & Belleview. What a difference. Moving and storing your personal belongings is stressful enough without the concern of a storage unit. I checked several out in the area and feel lucky to have found this spot. I had recorded in incidents that said I was missing items missing. They've been showing up for just very weird times in the morning first hours opening to now I never see him in doing anything but sitting there I've noticed when I'm there I know this late at night one night I came in he was sitting there I'm getting very concerned about my safety here's a picture of them he's very bold very persistent and very sure. I came here this morning and noticed under the sink and toilet pins then tamper with the toilet wasn't flooded but the sink is flooding

I've been doing business here for a while now I'm since December 2025 and it have got outrageous now property still in damaging the company property now. Add some property stolen on my storage and I had to get a police report now it's taking it out on the storage unit now. Heavy recording of me coming in and out the building I'm not of the staff is the people taking the storage using it for other things I believe I'm not for sure yet but I've been wondering how come how this and things have been questions about myself and ... read more

This facility will raise your rent on a regular basis once you have moved in. I don't plan on staying for long but in the meantime they have me captive because all my things are here and to try to move them now would be nearly impossible. I thought I had read the contract carefully but of course missed this detail....Of course....it wasn't like they offered the information up readily when I signed the paperwork. Beware.
