I had to store my whole apartment full of things in storage. I choose Extra Space Storage in Mahwah. at the Micik lane facility. I was really stressed since finding a place to live after pandemic is really difficult. I met Rich Luggiero. He was very kind and understanding. Showed me units that met my needs. I rented an extra large and a medium unit. Then a smaller one to store my photos. This facility is very professional and very clean. I highly recommend renting storage here. I always get a nice greeting when I am here.

I rated the entire experience with Extra Space Storage as both a smooth business transaction and the rental process was done in a timely manner. The store manager was very patient in his approach and a pleasure to deal with. The proximity of the storage unit to my new home and the ease of access to the unit were deciding factors. I strongly recommend this facility!
The location is very clean , the employees was very friendly and informative. I was asked several times if I have any questions or what they can do to help me with the storage unit.
