I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. I had opened a storage unit I had just opened with Mark and not even a day later I wanted to cancel as my mom ended up having extra space in her storage unit. I wasn't asking for a refund nor did I ever ask for a refund (even though I should have received one as I never even stepped foot into the storage unit or even put a lock on it). Not happy with the way they increase storage fees without notification. My rent has gone up from $110 to $141. There seems to be an increase every 6 months. Will be vacating my Unit soon.

I have been storing at this location for 5 years, during which time this place changed hands from Liberty to Sparky's and now to Extra Space within a three year period. Since Extra Space took over our price has gone up from $238 to $251 to $271 and now just got a notification in the mail that our rate is going up AGAIN in less than a year to a whopping $285!!!! If you want to rent a storage space where your belongings are subjected to deer mice poop (and pee as well because our stuff stunk like it) and the likelihood of potential harmful HANTIVIRUS and have it all over your belongings when you go to get them out then be my guest. Rented here for 2 months and went to pick up my stuff to move into our new home and discovered that I had deer mice poop in my brand new refrigerator, all over my new couches, my new Cal-King Bed, our children's bed, on top of my microwave, my washing mac... read more
