Once I was helped with the size unit I needed the online contract process was very efficient and simple to understand. Then when I opened my unit door there was an Extra Space Storage business card with important information and contact numbers. Thank you Extra Space Storage for making my move so easy.

I only give it a 4 because there isn't 24/7 access.
