I am very disappointed with Extra Space Storage. I rented a unit back in February 2022 for $52 a month before fees. I Just got a notice this month (4 months into having the unit) and they changed my price to $122 a month. That is literally more than a 100% markup! I understand having to change prices a bit, but to blindside me with that big of a change after only 4 months! I feel like this was a bait and switch just to get me to move my stuff in. They plowed their parking lot out on to New Bingham Highway, completely blocking a lane of traffic. Nobody is answering the phone there to clear this up so looks like the city needs to get involved
