RecommendedMeet Donna today to look at some units. Very nice n went over rates with me n how gates work. We are still waiting to set up our move but definitely considering coming here. Other storage units I went to today where employees where not available or not willing to help

Using Extra Space Storage for a few months now - Tony in the office is friendly and very helpful - as a matter of fact - he called me one day and said my lock was locked but the bolt wasn’t all the way in so door was still unlocked - How did he even notice that?
