Just picked up our things from our storage unit the ceiling had fallen in, everything has gotten wet and two antique bedroom suites are ruined there were boxes and totes that are still wet on the bottom. So much has been ruined a will have to be thrown away. We have been paying over 150.00 for several years and you would think that a company would take more pride in their business. I rented a storage unit from them and all my stuff got ruined because your place is invested with mice. My stuff was chewed thru pooped and peed on. Im disgusted. I put my stuff in storage to not get ruined and it got ruined from your lack of care about your rodent problem.
I have contacted an attorney about the harassing phone calls I keep receiving from your company over a unit that does not belong to me. Phone calls started out saying who the calls were from now they say unavailable. They come at 10 11 at night waking my children up and forced me to put my phone on vibrate causing me to miss a phone call that was a matter of life and death so thank you for not respecting me and my family the many times I asked you to STOP CALLING ME.
