Pricing is outrageous like everything else. They try to say it's the location and property value, sounds like bullshit. They are over priced for no reason. It's just like any other storage facility. I don't recommend this place at all.

Terrible experience 10 days after checking on my property I come back and all my things have been ransacked. there's no cameras by my unit. staff could only help so much, hate that this happened to me. this is the last thing I needed while moving. it's disgusting to think my daughter's things are missing

worst storage ever! went to go remove all our belongings out the storage and when we opened it all of our belonging had rat shit everywhereeee like i mean top to bottom it was so disgusting! i literally threw up all my couches and belonging smelt nasty stains from rat piss and holes dont leave ut stuff herr worst place ever

i went online and made a reservation for a 5x5 unit and called myself and spoke to a rebeca and lety as i'm on the phone with them discussing fees and details like hours of operation another person walks in and lety rents them out the very unit i was on the phone getting details for and getting ready to come in and reserve!!! i also went online and reserved the unit myself personally using my email and cell phone number and rebeca starts telling me on the phone how i have to have to pay $15 more on top of the $40 every month... read more

This facility has gone downhill under new management. I have stored my fifth wheel here for 14 years. The electrical dolly is always dead when we come to return our fifth wheel. This is the third time and six days later its still dead! Why bother paying $200 a month for something you can't use!!!!!

This is the worst place ever!!!! I rented this storage beginning of July in about Oct I needed something from my storage it was filled with rat droppings when I called and complained GEORGE(the manager) said "they had never ever had a rat problem before" he was Insinuating that I had brought the rats with me after calling Corp all they can do is offer me a free month my stuff is ruin my couches my table all my stuff smells nasty I had to get rid of half my furniture they didn't care to help or offer me a another space very ... read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Liars!! And theft!!! I recently moved my things here, and with two months I had all my stuff stolen out of my storage. Management did not do anything but give me a free lock, when I asked how long my unit was without a lock they did not know. They only have cameras at the entrances not on all the units. They even told me there has been many break ins lately. In my opinion this was an inside job.

When we first called about the unit, we were told the ceilings were 17' high, come to find out they are only 12' high. They really tried to push the insurance and told us it was REQUIRED, when in fact they later they let us waive it. {after much complaining, and questioning whether this was even LEGAL} Then after just being their 4 months, we just got a price hike of almost 10%.
