This place has rats, my whole unit has dirt blown in all over my stuff. They keep raising my rent and the recent raise was today up37.00 a month. Do not go here
I was spring my travel trailer at this facility for a little over a year, I was broken into twice and both times the same situations occurred. Nothing was seen on 'video recordings', Police were never called, I wasn't called until 5 minutes before closing. Seems convenient that they call before closing so they aren't available when police or I are there. This is supposed to be a secure place with video surveillance 24 hrs a day. Hmmmm sounds very fishy

Amanda was very helpful and positive, Great customer service all the way around! Unfortunately the rates kept Increasing compared to my first charge, I might need to move all my belongings to another storage unit that has fair prices or at least keeps the same rate for a couple Of months. I'm not incompetent about price changes and how they fluctuate but at least be fair. I'm just completely honest, and wanted to write a positive review but I had to speak the truth.

This place is the absolute worse I have ever had. The access is hard to get in with big trailers. My unit door has been broken since the first week we have had the unit it seriously takes everything you have to get that for open and when you do get it open walk in the rolled up piece hits you in the head. I'm a very patient person asked about getting it fixed was told oh yeah no problem will call a guy. Two weeks goes by go back was told oh yeah I called them so proceeds to call them while I'm standing there.. The door place... read more

I was in Victorville, California this past Thanksgiving visiting the in-laws and needed storage for my wife's old yearbooks, photos, and scrapbooks from her high school days. I booked a storage unit online through a company SelfStorage.com. The rate confirmed in the email was $20.00/month.
