one day I was just talking the representative at extra storage. and she looked up my account. and she noticed my age. she said Mrs. Comer we will be given you a senior discount on your unit's due to your age. wow 😲 it made a huge difference. it show me she was very attentive to my needs. and account. Firstly, moving is an arduous task, especially if doing this alone. I had the privilege of helping a friend move into the facility’s storage unit(s). Upon arrival, I witnessed Raven V. helping a gentleman on her off duty time. At a later time, I noticed she worked there and was not a family member to the gentleman; she was helping.
