I received excellent assistance from start to finish when getting our storage units. Everything went smoothly. This is our family’s second time using Extra Space Storage, and we wouldn’t have come back if we weren’t satisfied the first time. We’ll definitely continue using them for our storage needs.

Great move in experience overall. There were only 2 downsides for me. One, there were no small units available on the first floor which I would’ve preferred and two, the insurance policy offered was too expensive and covered too little for the price. Other than that the units are very clean and easily accessible
