I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with ESS. Lost the keys to my units when I traded in my old car, so Lillian was awesome in getting the old locks off for me. She was patient and helpful.

First time user, friendly and polite staff. Units are clean same for hallways, in general everything is clean. The area is very accesible, there’s a U-Haul truck rental in the front of this location and that’s very convenient if you need to rent a truck. 5 stars!

Staff there are all friendly helpful and professional. I've been renting there at the Parklawn location for 4 years now and added more units along the way. Both Aman and Lilly were excellent. I love the new management and LILLY the Assistant Manager there is awesome!!! She's great with customer service... always has a smile, goes out of her way to help and follows up regularly.
