I used ExtraSpace storage in Manchester on Candia Rd for a few months. My experience was great. It was an easy access to drive up to my unit , very clean, and an easy move out. Tanya in the office was wonderful to work with. I hope to do business with them again in the future.
Stephanie was very pleasant to deal with. She made the rental process easy and hassle free.
Terrible customer service. And watch out for changing prices! If you go to any other storage the price stays the same but here they tell you it's in your contract and deal with it. Nice comments huh? That's what their employee Tonya told me when I called to ask why I wasn't honored the prices online when signing up with them last month. It said $21 special an this month $32 yet for a 5*5 I'm paying $55 plus mandatory insurance so $66 total. No where near $21 or $32.....be careful going here not very friendly or professional!... read more
I set everything up long distance and they were more than helpful. When it came time to unload, my daughter took over and she said they were great. We will see what things look like next year when we can unload, but the experience was painless (except for the fact that moving and storage is awful no matter what)!
Definitely the best option for storage in Manchester. Clean units with friendly and courteous staff. Anika has helped me through a couple issues with professionalism and a smile.
