The units are nice, and close to home. However, there is a severe lack of carts. Today (Sunday) was the fourth time in a row with not having enough carts to go around. I walked up and down every floor looking for one to no avail. I ended up having to manually carry my stuff up and down with 6 trips instead of 1 with a cart. Please do something to get more carts!

My husband and I had experienced a less than ideal issue with our apartment down the street from this storage place. From the time that I reserved my storage space to the time of signing the lease I was greeted with nothing but kindness. They show you the storage you reserved before making any final decisions and they walk you through the fastest way of moving things in (I chose the 3rd floor). Excellent place for a storage. Very clean, excellent prices and very, very awesome staff. I came in on a Saturday morning and within 20 mins I checked out the storage and signed the lease and was on my way to pack my things! Highly recommend using this facility. I've been to other storages around town and this is by far the best deal for the size as well as climate controlled. Ive been driving by this place for 15 years never expected the need to rent storage space. My new house did not close on Friday as schedule rending me no choice but to look for a place to temporarily place my belongings. I stopped in here first thing Saturday morning. I was greeted by an upbeat and friendly voice. That set the tone. The Manager took care of me efficiently and promptly. The place is spotless and has a pleasant smell too.

Disappointed again. I sent a message to Emily because she left a comment to my review to contact them. It's been a week but there was no response. I guess she just left a comment to show other people that they are professionally care about the customer, but it was not true. Extra Space is not professional at all. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. I was so disappointed again. If anyone in Extra Space HQ sees this message, please contact me. I left my email id in my message to Emily.

Just last week I rented a unit here because they advertised air conditioned units. The air conditioning blasts nice and cold but that is the only good thing about this complex. The manager, Melanie, is extremely rude and unhelpful. The day after I rented my unit, I noticed the security gates were not locking closed. I went past the units about three times each day for the first two days and the exit gate was always opened. I called and left several messages to resolve the issue.
