The location
I am a return customer to this center because my first experience was personable, professional and solved my immediate need of a good location. Even during the pandemic, both times the employees followed protocol, protected everyone and still did a great job. Even though the price was much higher this time, I still chose the company because of the location, cleanliness and safety. Thank you.
ExtraSpace representative was very familiar with his services, and great at finding out what I needed in a storage space - climate control, space, safety, security, etc. Very pleased with John's service and he was actually from an ExtraSpace Storage in Winston-Salem rather than Charlotte.
