I changed my unit. They worked with me on how long it took me to move my things! It was July. They ask if I was ok as they did rounds. About the time of the freeze I had seen a dead mouse out a unit. I ask could I get something to put I my storage! Manager even ask if I need more on! Today I picked up my keys. Brain was so helpful!!!

I’ve personally never had a dealing that wasn’t quick to the point and professional, both in getting a storage unit and cancelling my storage unit when moving out. The facilities seemed clean (mine was at least; an indoor 5x10, not air conditioned). As far as bugs or rats, I’ve only ever seen a small spider scuttle across the floor. Price was decent for the area; when I started renting early summer of 2017 it was ~$46, but I was motivated to move out my belongings when they upped the rental fee last month. $10 might not see... read more

This place is full of Rats and Mice.. Completely ruined all of my belongings. My rent started out at $105 a month and when i moved out it was $140 a month.
