I’ve personally never had a dealing that wasn’t quick to the point and professional, both in getting a storage unit and cancelling my storage unit when moving out. The facilities seemed clean (mine was at least; an indoor 5x10, not air conditioned). As far as bugs or rats, I’ve only ever seen a small spider scuttle across the floor. This place is full of Rats and Mice.. Completely ruined all of my belongings. My rent started out at $105 a month and when i moved out it was $140 a month.
