Extra Space, very organized, thorough, both Stephen and Jeff kept their word. The lock was in the unit with key as promised. Extra Space went the xtra mile to cut the package open so we didn't have to worry with the hard plastic. The unit had my name on it, the inside was clean snd dry. I would have preferred having a 1st floor unit however the elevator as right there and they also had carts which helped us tremendously. I'd have to say we were very satisfied.

We needed a storage unit and they were able to accommodate us very quickly! The staff was super friendly, the unit was clean and with plenty of lights! I felt safe going at night too! Great experience!
