Regarding my experience renting a 10x25 storage unit: I was unable to obtain my access code online until I went in person to verify my identity—something that proved difficult for me, as I was not in the area yet needed the space immediately to move my belongings in. I was finally able to do so three days later. The unit itself had two large pipes—water pipes, or something similar—protruding significantly from the wall, and there was no lighting fixture to allow me to see inside; consequently, I cancelled the unit.
