Just today I signed up for a 10 x 20 to store a classic car, and Heather couldn’t have been nicer couldn’t have been more appropriate could not have been more helpful. She’s from Hammonton New Jersey, and she was a delight to work with.
Hands down had the best experience renting a unit from Heather today! She was very professional, extremely welcoming and kind. I just moved here from the west coast and am grateful she made the process simple and smooth. I probably called her 4x before actually committing to a unit and she was very patient and answered all my questions without hesitation. I plan to be a long term renter and appreciate the customer service experience!
