Clean, well maintained, convenient, and secure. Staff very helpful. Use of moving truck was an unexpected benefit. Very satisfied.

Pros: The facility is clean and I feel good about having my belongings stored there. Being able to use their facility truck saved me money with my movers. Cons: I had to reserve a unit over the phone because I was moving to SC from another state. I was given one rate over the phone, that included a free month. When I arrived at the facility, I was given a different rate and was no longer given a free month. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place when I called Extra Space Storage late on a Saturday afternoon looking for a unit. When I found out I could not make it to the Storage before they closed that day I thought I would have to pay for another day rental for the U-Haul truck because the Storage is closed on Sunday. We had been watching the construction of this place with great interest because it is so close to our place and because it looked to have the same amenities that our last storage place had. Turns out it does and that is a blessing. Debbie got us set up with our storage unit quickly and then she went right back to painting the elevators. I kid you not. She is a multi-tasker! Would definitely recommend this place as they have multiple storage options, friendly people and a free truck.

My experience was well above what I expected. Debbie was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the company as well as evaluating my needs. I will definitely use them again. They also have a free truck to use for move in!!!!!!!!!!!

Your facility was a God-send for our storage of things that we couldn't get into the temporary apartment. It is extremely clean and new......and an elevator !!!! I'll use you again.

While the place is clean and smaller so it's quieter and not much traffic. They doubled the rate after just a few months with a letter stating it's being adjusted per current market rates. So we are vacating. It's insane to double the rate and no option to lock it in. No thanks. We will take our business elsewhere. Already found a nearby storage facility with double the space for $6 more than what we are paying and still less than what they are trying to up it to. Disappointed in the bait and switch tactics.

The employees here, at least the one I encountered, was pretty rude and unhelpful. When I tried to go into the office, the employee was passing by me leaving, and said "no one's in there! "....ok?!? If you were an employee, and you have a customer who doesn't know how many employees there or who goes in and out, the appropriate response to someone who needs to wait is "oh, I will be right back"...does that make sense?. Very Disappointed in the customer service provided. One the phone I was advised there was a military discount, when I arrived, I was advised it was only for Active Duty. I am in the National Guard. The employee had a very rude attitude when I inquired about the difference.
