Had a very good experience making a reservation, both with the customer service rep and managers Alex and Miguel. In particular, Miguel was very helpful in facilitating signing up remotely. And the price is unbeatable compared with local competitors.

We dealt with Miguel. He showed us 2 available spaces. Then detailed how the rental would work. We took a storage unit and we were done within 15 minutes. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased.
