It’s great
The rental experience is like all things. Personal interaction is discouraged or so it seems. It has nothing to do with COVID. I now have 3 units at what was a new facility. Things are not fixed in a timely manner and not cleaned regularly. Example: The panel covering the light in the elevator last Wednesday. It was still down on Monday.
Clean facility and great Customer service
The staff are very helpful and the area stays clean. We have some issues with the gate code for parking storage.

it's has been great so far. I had a great experience. Perhaps the only down side is that I have to wait sometimes for them to come back to the office when they are not there.

Great customer service
I wasted money and the security of my belongings at Public Storage. I should have moved to Extra Space much earlier, once they were officially open. Not only do they have nicer, well lit, clean, climate controlled units, but they are much more economical. And the staff quality is much greater. The staff are friendly and give you the feeling that they want you there and appreciate your business.
