My experience at open storage was awesome !!! the (Assistant Manager) really showed me hospitality and guided me through how to access my unit with out any problems. I couldn’t have asked for a better rep or storage unit.

The customer service was Exceptional! From initial call to Quinton, the Representative at Extra Space. Quinton, made sure I understood the agreement, helped with confusion me & my daughter had on storage issues seeing how she was not local anymore but her things were.
